Android battery icon changing guide

Your Android Phone Must Be Rooted to do this. Root Explorer (Download link is given at the end of the post). Custom Icons SystemUI.apk (which you will get from system/app folder of your phone) You can watch this Video for better understanding of this tutorial.

Copy the SystemUI.apk to you extsdcard for purpose of backup.

Procedure:-
◆ First of all Download the required items from above. ◆ After downloading them install root explorer by cyberstream.apk in your device. ◆ Now open root explorer and goto root of your storage. ◆ Then scroll down and opensystemfolder.

Insystemfolder you will see a bunch of folders and files.

Now open apps folder from it.

◆ Search for systemui.apk

◆ After searching , you will get a file namely SystemUI.apk , now hold your finger on it , a few options will pop out chooseextract alloption.

◆ After the completion of extraction , extractcustom icons.zip(which you have downloaded from above) using root explorer. ◆ After that a bunch of options will pop up , choosegoto extractedoption.

◆ Now you have two folders in your extracted folder one is SystemUIand other is custom icons.

◆ Now opencustom iconsfolder and select all the pngs and choose copy option from below.

◆ Then Open SystemUI folder then res folder and then drawable-hdpi folder and selectcopy hereoption. ◆ It will display a dialog that the pngs are already existing,check do this to all items optionand pressoverwritebutton.

◆ After all pngs get replaced check (mark) the SystemUI folder and click options then selectzip this folderoption.

◆ When the zip file gets created completely, it will display an optiongoto zipclick the option.

◆ After that check (mark) SystemUI.zip and click options, chooserenameoption and change its name fromSystemUI.ziptoSystemUI.apkand press ok button.

◆ Now mark (check) your SystemUI.apk and selectcopyoption from below. ◆ After that browse tosystem/appfolder and paste it there. It will display a warning dialog like this

Press yes. And then press yes again

◆ Now check all (mark all) apps in system/app folder and click options and selectset permissions option.

◆ Then Tick the options as in this screenshot.

◆ Now Restart your phone to see changes.
