How To Create Private Folder In Windows

Command prompt gives you power to perform any task which can be done by simply navigating and selecting in windows.Though Cmd seems useless to many computer users but it has damn power.One can execute simple command to perform quick task and tricks.This article will introduce you with such a trick.Just lock your folder using simple command.This is not actually locking,what we call is making private folder.One having little knowledge can open it,but this trick comes handy in many situation.

Create Private Folder
Open cmd.
Locate drive which contains folder to lock.
Note :- If your folder resides in another directory,you need to move inside that director to execute command. 

Type following command
   »   Cacls Folder_Name /e /p everyone:n

    

Click on locked folder for verification.

    

Access denied..!! you have done it  Folder is private now.

To unlock simply replace n with f

Logic :- Nothing tricky,this command simply changes the folder permission like read,write,execute etc.
